- My love of herbs began through an interest in conservation and ecology. When I began to understand that the health of humanity is actually the foundation of all positive social and environmental action, it motivated me to work for the planet through the practice of holistic medicine. When we align ourselves with health, we find the strength to be at peace. When we have peace within ourselves, we bring peace into the world. During the last 15 years of study, it never ceases to amaze me how the plants provide. We have the potential to discover through their gifts; a presence of life that can truly transform us. My goal is to help us understand what these herbs offer us in healing, for ourselves, for each other and ironically, for the plants themselves.
